Hotel Location was spot on, shin immamiya train station was so near..mega donki is just around the corner..it was great staying in this hotel, would definitely recommend it to everyone and would still choose here when I go back to Osaka. Thank you Ms. Kawahara for being so friendly and accommodating😊

An underrated hotel conveniently located beside Shinsekai. Within a short walk away, is Donki and a train station. Walking back to the hotel, gives a wonderful view of the Tsutenkaku Tower and the wide sky. A delightful breakfast spread gives a comfy start to the day.

The main building is an older structure, which may explain why the air conditioning isn’t very strong, but the room is a spacious 32 square meters. The location is excellent—right next to the JR line and adjacent to a mall featuring great brand stores with minimal crowds. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 3 nights, everything was great until my last night where a european couple managed to unlock and tried to open my room’s door at around 2am because they too have the same room card. Luckily i was awake in the room. Idk why or how does one checkout without returning the room’s card or even not void any other card other than the ongoing guest’s & masterkey. It’s very frightening and bizzare as a solo traveller and the way the security system works in hotel, it makes me paranoid at every hotel i’m going to stay in for the next 4 weeks in japan. I’ve requested for a police case update and refund via email so please get back to me as soon as possible.

Very new and clean hotel. Close to subway and major places. Many resturants around. Staff are passionate and friendly. Also include a free beer/sake and icecream!

Clean and convenient for me and families to shop and eat nearby the tourist attractions America street and not far from Dotombori and the room is spacious and comfortable,the staff are friendly and they provide public bath and lot of amenities for guest accommodation …will come again
