乾淨整潔，交通便利，離開地鐵站很近。
自助式入住，有簡單的廚具，周邊商業設施齊全，離開通天閣也很近，方便。

房間不小，衞生一般。攜程下的訂單、但酒店未給樓下大門密碼等相關訊息,入住是自助的模式，因為沒有相關訊息，導致入住困難，浪費太多時間。房間內一瓶水也沒有，朋友訂的房間就有水。拖鞋不是一次性的，空調聲音較大，且會毫無徵兆的持續發出類似敲木魚的聲音，睡夢中都能被吵醒。距離通天閣較近，日本地鐵線路比較複雜，這間酒店也談不上距離地鐵太近。衹能説這個價位在大阪的酒店裡麪，空間算不錯的。總而言之，不推薦。空調的異響太影響睡眠了，自助式的酒店又沒有工作人員能夠及時解決問題。

距離新今宮地鐵8分鐘，距離惠美須2分鐘，溜達到南海難波站20分鐘。房間裏有洗衣機、灶台、微波爐，自己要是做點什麼也行。小公寓的性價比很不錯。
