This hotel is really excellent. No matter the location or service is fits the budget perfectly. It also provided the free cocktail bars, midnight snack ramen, and massage chairs. LOVE it!

It's very good hotel and I highly recommend for everyone. Just one thing I think they can improve which is the taste of ramen.

Amazing stay at the hotel. Everyone at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. Free flow of beer daily from 3pm to 9.30pm, free flow of ramen at 8.30pm to 9.30pm daily, and free flow of drinks 24/7.

Service was fabulous, from the front desk to the dining area. Everyone was so helpful. We appreciated the numerous free amenities available: massage chairs, pocket WiFi, ice cream, alcohol, soft drinks, ramen, pajamas, hair irons, umbrellas and luggage service. The breakfast was a separate charge but definitely well worth it. The food was delicious. We loved this hotel and its employees and will definitely stay again.

Well located, just 5 minutes walk away to Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and a few minutes more to Dotonbori Food Street. Bed was comfortable, free beverages (including beer, sake, highball etc) was very attractive. Daily free freshly cooked ramen supper as well. Hotel also offers loads of amenities on loan (charger, facial steamer, hair straightener, kids friendly items etc), free massage chair usage and daily activities to entertain hotel guests (games, kimono try on, Jap snacks demonstrations etc). Highly recommended!

Complimentary ramen night meal was good to those travellers who arrived late at night. The buffet was good as well.

All good except the room are not sounds proof & you can hear the noise from the room next!

The hotel is located in a very nice neighbourhood with the metro station close by. It was easy to navigate our way around Osaka from Shinsaibashi. Staff were exceptional- everyone was very friendly and helpful and they seem happy at work. Breakfast was great- good quality and fresh food. I would be happy to stay here again.

Good location, free flow drinks n ramen at night, room is clean but small

Location is awesome, it is just 8-10 mins walk from Shinsaibashi station. And it is also very near to Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dotonbori (within 10-12mins). Room wise, we have booked the twin room, it is quite spacious, more than enough to accomocate 2 person with 2 big baggages, handcarry bags & shopping stuffs. In terms of service of hotel front desk, most of them are super helpful. From giving direction to nearest tourist spots, to giving suggestions on the fastest way to airport and helping to book taxi, they are so all very helpful and friendly. One small feedback is, we feel weird how come a Chinese staffs insisted to speak to us in Japanese, where he can communicate with us in Mandarin. Last but not least, the biggest highlight for the stay is the free flow ramen & alcohol drinks every night. Though the ramen is just very simple, but it feels good to gather with the rest of travelers and enjoy the ramen & drinks together. This is really a big highlight of the hotel. Would definitely revisit if I am going back to Japan.

The room was very clean, the hotel is close to the metro station as well.
