Love the location, it’s inside a sheltered shopping street which is walking distance to dotonbori. Hotel is accessible via NAMBA station which has alot of dining and shopping within the distance. Iam hotel seems new. Booked the standard double room for a 1N stay. Room is small, unable to open up luggage. Bed is comfortable but pillows too soft, couldn’t sleep well. What I like about the room is they offer free pyjamas to change into, bedroom slippers. Proper amenities. Overall still comfy and location really wins all the plus points!

Lots of food nearby. The room is clean and the staffs are super nice! Will come again!

Very clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Location was perfect if you want to stay near Dotonbori, it was still quiet despite being so close to the action.

The hotel room has a lot of dust, and the cleanliness and tidiness are not ideal. The soundproofing of the room is poor, as I can hear people coming and going.

Hotel was within walking distance from Dotonbori but take note that the metro exits nearby does not have any elevator or escalator.

It takes less than 10 minutes to Namba Station, and it takes a little bit to Nankai Namba, which is right in front of Nipponbashi Station. Don Quijote Dotonbori branch is nearby. I made a reservation after looking for a hotel that was clean and had good breakfast. It was my first trip to Osaka, and I was more satisfied because it was a tatami-style room. The elevator is a bit small. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are all friendly. There are staff who can speak Korean, and there are signs written in Korean. The room I was assigned was on the 3rd floor. There was a coin laundry room on the 3rd floor, but I did not use it. The room condition was good, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided as amenities were also good. The bathroom was a bit simple... it looked like an airplane bathroom, but the water was fine and the water pressure was acceptable. Breakfast is available from 7:30-10:00 and you can choose between Western and Japanese cuisine. I tried both types and they were decent and clean. There is also a drinks bar in the restaurant area where you can eat breakfast, and it is available from 3pm to 11am the next day. Check-out is until 11:00 and check-in is at 3:00, so it seems like they kept it the same. Large disposable cups and an ice dispenser were also provided, which were useful in hot weather. It was a satisfactory stay, but there was one problem: since I stayed for consecutive nights, I was able to choose whether or not to have the room refreshed, and they cleaned my room even though I chose not to receive it. Of course, nothing changed other than emptying the trash can and replacing the towels, but I was a little embarrassed because I didn't expect the staff to come in. But overall I was satisfied! Next time I travel near Dotonbori, I think I'll stay at the Iam Hotel :)

The location of the hotel is really great. Walk out of Nihonbashi or Namba and walk to the underground commercial street. Find Exit 26 and go up to Aigabashisuji. It's just a few steps in. In short, it's convenient to go anywhere. This street leads to Dotonbori. The room is very small and can only accommodate a suitcase. There are eye masks and earplugs available at the front desk on the second floor. There are also free drinks. The bed is 1.6 meters, which is really big. The price is good.

The location is super convenient and highly recommended. It is also very close to the subway station. I would like to stay here again next time I come.

Convenient location near the main streets of Dotonbori and Namba, in a lively area with a huge selection of places to eat and shops. The metro station is very quick - literally a couple of minutes, everything is within walking distance. The room is very small, we could barely fit two suitcases, so it’s better to choose this type of hotel room not for long stays, but for a day, maximum two is quite suitable) Breakfast is NOT a buffet. There are two types of breakfast to choose from - European and Japanese, in general everything is tasty, but not enough. There is a coffee machine with a very tasty matcha latte, which is a special plus 👍🏼 Drinks were always available at any time

Although the room is not big, the facilities are complete and the location is very good. You can eat, drink and have fun when you go out. The transportation is convenient. You only need to go to the main road to take a taxi. There are many taxis waiting on the roadside.
