I booked this hotel the day I landed, and ended up extending my stay in Osaka. Not only is the location incredible (Dotombori and Namba within walking distance), but the surrounding streets are still quiet enough that you can enjoy some tranquility amongst the bustling city centre.
Not an inexpensive stay, but the room perks were serious bonuses (a balcony, a massive bed, microwave, kitchen, washing machine and a fully kitted out bathroom).

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was OK and quite comfortable. I especially want to praise the two young men at the front desk who could speak Chinese. They answered all my questions politely and with a smile! The breakfast was also clean and delicious!
