房間乾淨整潔，還有小廚房，對於帶孩子的家庭來説太方便實用了。
衞生間乾濕分離，還準備了一些簡單的曬衣掛鈎
有個陽台，看街景，曬衣服也很方便
隔音也很好
非常滿意的一次住宿，下次去大阪一定還選這裏。

設施裝潢細節非常到位的很體現日本裝修標準的住宅，服務標準化。就是被子的材質刷刷響，很影響睡眠。這點直接影響下次是否再次選擇的判斷。

일단 호텔은 유슈 호텔이 두개가 있어요. 저는 두개가 있는지 몰랐어요 그래서 다른 유슈 호텔에서 벨을 누르고 있었어요. 바로 옆에 호텔이 또 있답니다 참고하시면 좋을 것 같고 6시 이후로는 직원리 없어요. 체크인이 늦을 것 같으면 미리 연락을 하셔야 이용가능해요. 위치는 도톤푸라자 옆이라 찾기가 굉장히 쉽고 난바 신사이바시를 한 길로 이동이 용이합니다. 호텔은 잘 알려지지 않았는데 일본 가정집을 경험해보고 싶은 분들께는 정말 좋을 것 같아요. 가격도 왠만한 4성급 호텔 방 사이즈보다 넓고 좋아요. 아쉬운 점은 룸서비스 요청을 해야지 가능하고 추가 비용이 발생해요. 객실에 가운이 비치 되어있지 않아서 이 부분이 많이 아쉬웠어요. 그리고 프론트에서 직원분이 마지막날 추억으로 폴라로이드 사진도 찍어주셔서 너무 좋았어요. 좋은 추억 많이 남기고 가는 것 같이서 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶네요

위치가 너무 좋습니다. 도톤보리 근처는 도보로 다 이동이 가능합니다. 실내는 일반 일본 호텔과 다르게 캐리어를 피고 생활하여도 넉넉할 정도로 넓습니다. 주방과 방이 분리되어 있으며 화장실, 샤워실도 구분되어 있습니다.
다만, 온풍기를 사용하여 온도를 맞추어야해서 다소 건조한 부분이 있습니다. 돈키호테에 파는 수분마스크가 있다면 좋을 것 같습니다.
방은 온풍기를 이용하여 온도조절이 가능하지만 일본 숙소 특성상 주방과 화장실은 온도 조절이 되지 않기에 참고 할 부분입니다. 근처에 미니스톱은 없어 15분 정도는 도보 이동하여야 이용이 가능합니다. 트래블 월렛을 이용하시는 분들은 참고 바랍니다.
유카타를 구비해준다는 리뷰를 보았는데 제가 이용할때는 구비되어있지 않았습니다.
전체적으로 좋은 숙소로 기억됩니다. 다음에도 같은곳을 여행하게 된다면 재방문의사 있습니다.

도톤보리와 멀지 않은 위치, 작지만 깔끔한 객실이 좋았지만- 3박을 하는 동안 한 번도 쓰레기를 비우거나, 수건을 채워주거나, 청소를 하러 다녀가지 않는 관리되지 않는 곳입니다. 전화도 받지 않고, 관리 상태 문의에 대한 이메일도 회신하지 않으며, 밤에 상주하는 직원도 보이지 않습니다. 그리고 방 온도 관리가 안되어 추웠습니다.
