It is a good place to stay. They provide all facilities in the room such as washing machine, boiler, fridge, home kitchen and Netflix. Closr to the walking street area.

The location is excellent . And the unit is super clean. Over all stay is very comfortable. Full body mirror is recommended .

The apartment which have great self-service check in process, and secure for traveler to stay here. The unit comes with mini kitchen, washing machine (no dryer), microwave, kettle, which meet the needs for traveler with family, even couple. Bed is big enough, and great view (high floor) with balcony. It's also closer to Dotonbori, just walking distance for next 2 streets. Opposite the hotel, there's Kansai airport bus service available, traveler can purchase bus ticket via kiosk machine, which allow to travel for the same day. Overall great hotel with strategic location and recommended.

This is a self check-in apartment hotel. We didn’t receive a check-in email so it was such a hassle when we arrived. We had to call the customer service line to check-in. The person on the line had limited English and it took over 20 mins to arrange the check-in after back and forth trying to spell my name and email. It also seems as though they manage multiple hotels in the area so they asked which hotel we were staying at.
However, the hotel was clean and location was great. Basic amenities provided but the towels were very thin. No housekeeping provided during our stay.
