The room is bigger than travelled hotels. The con is it’s a little bit noisy in the night time because it’s apartment next to the street. So you can hear traffic all night long. But nearby the subway station walks ten minutes about 600 meters. But we love it when come to Osaka must stay here. Convenient for traveling around and next door is restaurant Ang coffee shop.

I carelessly booked this hotel based on room size. Wasn't what I wanted. There was no front desk and no staff on site but the host was helpful and responsive over text messaging. Even helped me to update the luggage delivery timing. The only thing I couldn't tolerate was the noise from the street level. Osaka streets were very much alive throughout the night and there was constantly loud cars and chopper bikes, blaring ambulance and fire truck. There was literally no sound proofing. The experience could be better if it weren't so noisy.

The location is very good, close to the business district and subway station. There is also a large life supermarket around, where you can buy food and cook for yourself. The room is large and spacious, and the hygiene is first-class! I checked in by myself, which was quick and convenient. If there was any problem, the customer service would solve it immediately. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. I encountered the uncivilized tenants next door barking in the middle of the night, which was particularly disturbing.

As other people have experienced, it is really noisy outside at night. It may be difficult for light sleepers to fall asleep, but for those of us who walk all day, we can fall asleep as soon as we lie down.
Other aspects such as location and facilities are satisfactory, except cleanliness is a little lacking, but it will not affect my willingness to stay here again next time
