Amazing first time stay at this hotel, super clean and tidy. Walking distance to nearby Dotonbori which has many delicious food and lots of shopping to do.

The stay was very comfortable, the hotel rooms were well-equipped, the hotel front desk service was very good, the hotel was clean and hygienic. The location of the hotel was satisfactory.

We booked a twin room as two friends while travelling around. The room was so small we could hardly find space for our suitcases. As we are not a family, the conditions were quite restrictive, thus it was not easy to relax in the room.
Otherwise the hotel is nice, receptionists are helpful. The location is quite convenient to travel around Osaka.

It was clean, the price was cheap, and most of all, the location was 5 minutes away from the downtown area, so it was very convenient and nice. I plan to stay here every time I travel to Osaka. The photos were taken right before we checked out, so they might be a little messy.

The room is really big enough. Three suitcases can be opened without any problem. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. There is a large bathtub for bathing and the shower head is separated on the other side. In Japan, there is such a big room at this price. Great 👍
