The location was perfect... Near to namba station, dotonbori, just the room cleanliness need to improve. there have dirty tissue inside the dustbin used by previous guest.

Very bad and terrible staying experience. Room condition is extremely poor, there are blood stains,brown dirts, dust. And the fridge is not functioning even fixed by staff. And staffs are impolite and not professional at all.
房間很骯髒，浴簾有血跡，窗簾有啡色的跡。風筒很多塵，而且房間的冰箱是壞的，叫了酒店人員上來處理，修理完還是壞的。所有酒店人員都很不專業我很沒有禮貌。

Love how it was located at the city centre of Namba/shinsaibashi. So many shops, cafes and others nearby. Very accessible to technically everywhere. Room was cozy, clean. Oh yes, it was located just behind don quijote!! You can just go down anytime to do shopping as it was 24/7! Not forgetting THE GLICO MAN! Just that, at night it will be a little messy cause it was located near the red light district. But couldn’t care less on all these, as long as you know what you’re doing, you will be safe! :)

This is a very convenient hotel situated in心齋橋，within one mins u can walk to the centre of 心齋橋，how good it is!it’s also spacious as I can’t expected .very great hotel!

Hotel is located in the middle of the red light district. It is near dotonbori and Namba metro. Room was small and there was no space to open a large suitcase anywhere. Good for short stays only.
