完全沒有菸味，設施也很棒，樓下也可以拿取換洗用品，住宿時有招待一張券可以換一杯飲品，浴室乾濕分離，也有熱水器供應使用，也有室內拖鞋，小夜燈，空間也很夠使用～

位置超讚，離天王寺站特別近，去奈良、和歌山市遊玩但想住大阪的話建議考慮他家。到車站周邊很多好吃的好逛的，旁邊還是天王寺公園/動物園。酒店是個四層小樓，一樓是咖啡甜品店，房間雖然比較小但設施齊全佈局合理。缺點是臨街有點吵，早上能聽見鳥叫，頂層的話電梯有聲音，睡覺輕的慎選。
