Room exceeded expectations for a budget hotel, especially in Osaka. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the metro and a bustling shopping street with plenty of delicious food options nearby. Great value for the price!

One subway station away from Namba where there is airport transfer. Near to shopping streets which are very happening. A lot of eateries near hotel.

Walking distance to Dotonbori, if you don't mind walking instead taking trains (1 stop away!) Hotel very convenient with trains and near with 7eleven and Family Mart. Staffs super helpful when I'm need for my luggage matters even in language barrier. Definitely will come back to the same hotel, in future planning for Osaka Trip.

The hotel experience was fantastic, with exceptional service.
However, it's important to note that there are multiple Sotetsu Fresa hotels.
Initially, I booked the wrong one, but later discovered that it's in a prime location.
Absolutely no regrets!
They also provide to send your baggage to your next designated location.

The staff was very helpful. Hotel is very clean. Amenities are easily accessible and very useful!
It is very near the subway station and near SHInSAIBASHI shopping street.

The personnel is friendly and helpful, but the room is outdated, the mattress was very very soft and worn, not comfortable for the back.

It’s perfect location, very clean, comfortable and convenient. Only 2 mins walk to train line. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Worth the money spent here. Although room can be quite small, due to the type you booked, but good enough for one person.
