As everyone said, nice breakfast and convenient place to stay. Not far from Shin Osaka station. FYI if your first time go from Shin Osaka station, please look for Macdonald exit and cross over bridge after the end of the bridge walk for two mins you will see 7 11 store and just your right is hotel entrance.

It takes 8 mins to walk from Shin-Osaka to the hotel. Breakfast was rice and fish and salad. You have some breads and jams but limited choices. The room is clean and not too small compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan.

Each room in the hotel has independent Wi-Fi. Breakfast is free for all rooms. There are a lot of people eating breakfast. The hotel also has a washing machine for 200 yen per time. Toiletries can be picked up at the hotel. There is a 711 next to the hotel for shopping. It is only a 1-minute walk from the Shin-Mikuni subway station. The overall travel is very convenient.
