地理位置一流！對面就是Grand Front Plaza逛街有很多小眾品牌，地標的阪急也在旁邊，走路到梅田站和大阪站都很近，10分鐘可及，周邊很多吃的店鋪。大堂旁邊的Cafe的早飯也很不錯，超划算。
酒店前台服務員態度都很好，除了一箇中國人前台，請她幫我打電話預訂一個餐廳，她硬用英文跟我講，水平又不好，一開始説不能用前台的電話打外線要用我手機，應允她了又跟我搞半天繞來繞去就是一定要我有日本電話號碼給她才能預訂，態度還很強硬，態度還不如日本人，我轉身上網自己弄去了… 差評。

This hotel is awesome and this is our second trip to stay in this hotel within 10 days. We have been booked 21-24nov on our first stay and we plan to travel Osaka one more time so i have booked second stay from28nov-01dec. The hotel location no deny is the best. When you get off the airport limounsine to Osaka station it only take you 2 minutes walk to the hotel. SO SO SO many shopping malls around in walking distance with good food. I plan to go again in Feb26 and plan to stay in this hotel again. This hotel very quiet which i can't here any single noise from other guest which make my stay perfect. The restaurant which this time we have tried the buffet which is amazing and must try.

自己一家4口訂了個3人住房間，3張床完全夠睡，調整一下放得下2個30寸大行李，浴缸也舒服！也給父母訂了個雙人房，給他們訂了早餐説挺不錯的~

地理位置：非常優秀。機場巴士下來走5-7分鐘即可，距離JR線、大阪站也很近。認準門口大國葯粧即可。
設施：該有的基本都配有了，房間能同時打開好幾個箱子，這點很不錯。床能拼一起。
衞生：可以的
服務：一樓大廳有自取的洗漱用品
早餐：早餐感覺一般，不是很對胃口，但是有白粥，小朋友需要喝粥的話可以。

Hotel from outside n the lobby is really nice. The customer service is on top, especially the uncle, who takes care as soon as you step in.
The issue i had was with the room. I booked this hotel for 4 nights, and the bed mattress is runt down they need to change them. My back was completely finished because of that. i paid around £200 per night so I can have a good sleep
Room wallpaper is coming out as soon as you step in. The room was smelling fishy, and the laundry took ages to dry the clothes
I m not sure if I will come back again to the same hotel.
