Convenient location and value for money
The hotel design is good and nice. A very modern hotel and new decorations. The room is big and we have a small sofa and table to take our food there. It is worth to stay at this hotel as you can go to shopping and dining nearby . Everything you can easily reach there.

Enjoyed my stay, and the customer facing staff is very professional and friendly. Daily room cleaning was somewhat disappointing, although new set of pajamas were given but staff did not clear the old sets away and had left the cleaning cloth in toilet.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vischio Osaka with my wife and baby. The location is excellent, close to major attractions, and the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. Highly recommend for families seeking a convenient and pleasant experience.

Location and services are quite well.
However the cleaningness is not well.
Some dirty found on carpet in different area.
Location nearby Osaka station and connected with the grand front nearby.
Amenities is a surprise with DHC brand products and can be taken in the counter at ground floor.

Very convenient as it is near the Osaka station and umeda station. There are plenty of malls nearby too. Ichiran ramen is just 5 mins away too!
There are amenities at the 1st floor which provided facial cream, toner and cleansing oil as well.
They only provide 2 bottles of water a day.
