The main reason choosing this hotel is because near to Doton plaza ( bus to Kansai airport). Like their laundry room (vending machine) as they hv separated male and female , and there are total 5 washing machine and 5 dryer. The space is considered spacious compared to other hotel, but bed is small double bed, which is very uncomfortable. The amenities are very basic.
We able to open two 28” luggage in the room at the same time and can keep under the bed frame. There is elevator (through carpark) from subway if you bringing luggages.

We booked a 3-bedroom and was given a smoking room. Really bad smell for us non-smokers and could barely sleep at night. Asked front desk if we can change to non-smoking and could only change the room for us on our 3rd night. Hotel staff was friendly but not too fluent in English. Location is good and walkable distance to dotonburi and shinsaibashi.

Only complaint is the space and limited clothes hanging space. Opening the luggage need to be strategic too. Better to pack light and wash clothes at hotel

When we arrived on day 1 there was a vending machine on level 9 where we stayed but 80% of the drinks were out of stock. On day 3 of our stay the vending machine disappeared.
Their laundry room also splits male and female but I saw 2 different males using the female laundry room, quite gross.
