Convenient location near a train station that's not too far out of the way, also convenient location to the Universal park. GREAT size and value for our group.

There is a Family Mart, Lawson, and 7-Eleven right near the station, as well as a police box. It took about 10 minutes to walk from the station, and there were restaurants nearby, so I thought the location was very good. It was written that the check-in process would be confusing, and when I arrived, there were two groups that were having trouble, but the check-in QR code was included in the email, so it went smoothly. I wasn't able to check in in advance because I didn't know about taking selfies on site, but it's okay because you can take a photo with your ID on the hotel's tablet when checking in. The room was very spacious and clean, and I was very satisfied with the fact that there was instant coffee available.

建物は新しくないが、清潔にしてある。 生活に必要なモノは、一通りある。 以下の不便はあったが、それを加味してもホテルよりも安価でよい。 連泊したが、タオルやアメニティの補充はない。 洗濯機はあるが、１人用くらいの大きさで、洗剤の補充いため、家族で連泊するには何度も別けて洗濯する、洗剤を持参する、が必要。 炊飯器は3合炊きで家族には小さかった。

will definitely stay at this place again next time when we visit Osaka. The apartment is comfy and a good place for family/friends to stay. Close to Aquarium and dinning place. The parking facility was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

部屋は綺麗で、常設してある家電類も充実していて良かったです。 衣類乾燥機があると尚嬉しいです。 電話で丁寧に対応してくれたので問題なくチェックインできましたが、チェックインの手続きがわかりにくかったです。

It’s walking distance from the aquarium, the Ferris wheel and mall. Clean. Only issue is the WiFi is extremely slow. Also needs more forms of communication besides line app. Not all tourists use that app.

また、機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Overall stay was good. The unit was very spacious for our party of 5. Cleanliness was good too. The onsite free parking was a big plus. The communication could have been a bit better. Only because I have used other no-front desk check in and it was much easier. The sound proofing of the unit wasn’t so good tho. We could hear the sirens as they went by in the night. If we had another big party to accommodate, I would still consider this place for overall value. Since I am not familiar with their check in process.

Nice and clean

I used it with an acquaintance from Thursday to Sunday in November. I was wondering if there was a parking lot, but it was empty. It's called an apartment. There is a refrigerator, microwave, hot water pot, rice cooker, cups, plates, IH range, etc. for cooking. There is also a washing machine, which is very convenient for long-term stays. It's only a few minutes walk from Osakako Station, so it's easy to access by train. There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the rooms were Western-style rooms and one was a Japanese-style room, and the shoji screens were torn, but it shouldn't be a problem for your stay. The dining room was large and comfortable. I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi on the second day, so I called support and they responded quickly. I plan to use it on my next business trip.

I used it for the night before going to Uni. Families and groups with similar goals were staying there. For a moment I could hear the heavy bass noise of music, but it quickly stopped. Loud sounds seem to resonate. I'm a smoker, so it was nice to have an ashtray in the parking lot outside the apartment. I stayed on the second floor, but there was a slight smell when walking in the hallway outside. People who are not good at it may be concerned. Is there a system where bath chairs and buckets are placed at the entrance and people who need them can bring them? It was like. It wasn't there when I stayed at another place the next day, so it was very convenient. There was tea and coffee available, and I got the tea, but I didn't have another place, so I thought the service was good. Being able to drop off my luggage before check-in was also helpful in terms of my schedule. I happened to meet the cleaning staff and he was friendly and made me feel at ease. The tatami room was easy to use to spread out my luggage, and it was nice to have one room. I would like to use it again when I come to Univa.

家族５人でUSJ旅行に利用させていただきました。 コスパかよく、コンビニも近く、必要なものはほぼ揃っていて、もし次回大阪に行く時には、また利用したいと思います。
