💁🏻♂️我的總評：4.7分（0極差1很差2差3一般4好5極好）
💁🏻♂️我的入住建議：舉家出行優選，算上榻榻米可以睡13人。當然日式一户建利用率高，真住滿13人一定很擁擠了：）
🟢裝修與衞生（5分）
•裝修挺新的，房間乾淨衞生，床品、毛巾和浴巾衞生無異味。
🟢設施（4.5分）
•大金空調很給力。一樓有電視，全是日語台。洗衣機帶烘乾，有洗衣粉，很方便。衞生間有兩個，帶浴缸和淋浴的一體衞浴很好用，地板防滑、幹得快。智能馬桶日本酒店幾乎標配了，挺好。
•建議店家按“人數×天數”配備浴巾數量，夏天每天洗澡。連續居住期間不來打掃的話，毛巾可以晾掛，浴巾就不太方便了呢。還有微波爐、灶台、冰箱。
🟢服務（4.5分）
•這次在日本住了兩間民宿，這家的回覆很快，無論攜程還是郵件都快。雖然開了密碼盒取鑰匙費了一點小心思，總體順利。
•建議店家遇到中國客人，是否可以考慮加微信溝通呢？那體驗會更好的。
🟢周邊及隔音（5分）
•在居民區內，環境乾淨，也很安靜。
•離地鐵很近，周圍有便利店和小餐廳。
