On the first night, the bed collapsed before anyone even got on it. The next day, they went into the room to fix it without my consent. I was only given one night's rent waived. There were indeed some homeless people on the street at night. The location is a bit remote.

Very nice hotel with a convenient location. It is located on the indoor market and 7 minutes walk from the subway. The room has everything you need. The only thing is that the steep stairs are very inconvenient, so if possible, take a room on the 1st floor. Otherwise, everything is clean, there are shampoo/towels, there is a 7-Eleven nearby, and there are plenty of other shops. Thank you very much for such an opportunity to stay inexpensively and well in Osaka!
