The room was convenient to get to from Ebisucho station and very clean. Loved that it had a washing machine with a dryer included, which we used everyday! The kids also loved the bath tub the most, which they used everyday after a long day of walking around.
The only thing that was hard for me was the fact that each room didn't have a rice cooker or steam iron included. We got to borrow a small steam iron from the hotel on day 5 and it didn't really help to remove all the creases on my scarves. So we spent most days with wrinkled clothes, especially after drying in the washing machine.

We had a great stay at this self-service hotel. Checking-in and out was seamless, I did have my doubts about whether we would get in ok! Perfect size for our family of 4, with a small kitchenette. There is a washing machine and a great function in the bathroom that dries clothes, which is perfect for families needing to wash some clothes before moving onto our next destination. Only downside was that there was no curtain/ blinds for the small window in the kitchen (which we resolved by hanging a towel over it), and the intercom kept flashing (again we just covered it with towel!). Happy with our stay and would recommend.

Everything is perfect for me the room cleanliness , the furnitures, the layout, the appliances we like all of them. Only one suggestion maybe better if put a small vacumm since its a condotel so that if guest stay long we can vacum the floor. Thank u and we will book again next visit thumbs up!!!

Nicely situated in a quiet side street but not far from Namba shopping area.
Place is new and clean with basic amenities but a good choice for longer term stay.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the hotel is located perfectly, all the main points and transport hubs are easy to get to. There is a lot around within walking distance. We were pleased with the washing machine and dryer, we did not use the kitchen, but all the necessary utensils were available. Of the shortcomings - it was poorly cleaned, there was hair from previous guests and some small debris on the floor.
