The staff at the front desk were very helpful, cheerful, and attentive, and they spoke fluent English.
We paid extra to upgrade to the King Canopy Corner Suite. The room we were offered on the 14th floor was spacious. We especially loved the seating area with a large TV, dining table, and cozy sofa—it truly made us feel at home. The blackout curtains, bed, and pillows were excellent, and we slept very well throughout our stay.
However, being on the 14th floor wasn’t quite high enough to fully enjoy the views outside. For a suite, we were also expecting a bit more in terms of amenities. For example, a Dyson hairdryer would have been preferable to the provided Salonia, and a garment steamer (more convenient for leisure travelers) would have been better than a standard iron.
The room style is modern with Japanese touches, featuring a comfortable and calming color palette.
This hotel is within walking distance of Osaka Station (about 7 minutes to Lucua and 13–15 minutes to Hankyu). However, taking a taxi might be a better option if you're traveling with two or more people—especially when returning to the hotel tired or carrying luggage or shopping bags.

Like this hotel much. Staff at reception are nice and helpful. But the housekeeping isn’t good enough. Improvement is needed.

The location is excellent. You need to get familiar by yourself to walk via the connecting bridge from different mall.

Hotel is newly built and connected to Osaka Front / Intercontinental Hotel, such a good location with good value for money! Staffs are attentive and friendly. Room is big and modern too.

Hilton’s Canopy is their offering, similar to Marriott’s W hotel chain. Newly built, it is located next to the Grand Front in Osaka. Can be difficult to find upon arrival at Osaka Station, but with a little patience, you will be rewarded as it can be a sanctuary away from the crowds.

Visited this hotel with my dad, really enjoyed out stay. Hotel is a bit of a walk from the main station but not too far, very doable. Hotel is still new so very clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very spacious and well kept, gym is also very nice. Big and clean, new equipments which i really appreciated. Hotel felt safe and comfortable.
