Internet on 3rd floor very weak. Staff responded very quickly. Although still didn’t fix. But service is good. Super good location.

Very nice hotel! Good location. It was little bit cold for us, but we switched on heater. Self check in was easy and comfortable.

Just don’t. This is the worst experience ever
There is no receptionist in the “hotel”. Customers are required to do self check in. Somehow the key card was not in the locker according to their instructions. This hotel has a serious security concern.
The customer service is a single company managing multiple property, which took almost an hour for them to figure out what happened and arrange us another room. It was 11pm.

Nice little hotel. I felt like I was in the 60s but it had a cute charm about it. We did arrive earlier before checkin but then women were very nice about us doing so, although I wouldn’t recommend to check in before the time to travellers (this was an exception).

Great, clean, simple and close to Dotonburi. Helpful Chinese people across the street if your phone ever dies!
The room comes with a kettle, green tea, a fridge etc...
