It was easy to find the way and check-in method by email before check-in because it was detailed. There was an elevator so it wasn't hard even with a lot of luggage, and the interior was really clean and spacious, which was nice. The heater worked well, and it was nice to be able to have breakfast at the 24-hour Sukiya right next door. Basic tableware and cups were all provided, so if you're planning a long trip to Osaka, I recommend staying at this accommodation.
