Budget hostel. Location is convenient. Only two stops to Namba. We booked triple room, The space is tight and small so not recommended if you bring large luggage. The beds are a bit dusty and pillows are too thin. The bathroom is clean and has many shower rooms for guests. It is on the first floor, while the toilet is on the third floor, so we have to go down and up from our room on the second floor.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were kind and always ready to help. The location was perfect - close to everything I needed. I also really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I arrived on March 19 between 6 pm and 7 pm. The main entry was blocked, and I could only see a sign on the side door instructing guests to do a self-check-in to obtain a passcode for entry. Fortunately, a resident came out of the side door and let me in. A female staff member was there but seemed busy playing on her phone and did nothing to help.
Later, I found out that the front desk staff should have been available to open the main door until 10 pm (see the screenshot).
The next day, the front desk staff was replaced by a man who was more responsible and provided good service. I requested an extra pillow, as the ones provided were too thin for us.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, and the toilet was exceptionally clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, providing the best service throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything truly made a difference. Highly recommended for a great hospitality experience!
