Overall is a good experience.
I came with my family of 4.
The place is very near to the namba station and shinsaibashi.
Is a strategy location and the hygiene of the room is 100%.

really convenient location within walking distance to public transport and dotonbori. there's also famima, lawson and 7eleven all right outside. rooms were also larger than usual and very clean. even though there's no front desk, check in and check out processes were very simple. would definitely stay here again if i'm back in Osaka.

We booked the quadplets room that comes with 2 queen beds. It’s fully equipped. Would be better if washing machine has drying option. Limited space to eat in the room as only a small tea table and a small couch provided. Overall still a pleasant stay. Location wise is very convenient, very closed to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street . As we need to depart for very early flight in the morning, this apt is perfect for a short walk to Nankai-Namba station, about 7mins walk. Staff is quick to response and clarify via chat when we didn’t know how to retrieve our room key & had issue with slow wifi connection. All solved promptly. 👍🏻

Good pick for budgeted traveller. It located nearby Namba B4 exit and ~10 mins walk to “Glico” sign. Little bit noisy as there are bar restaurants & many hourly hotel nearby. The room is clean, beds are big enough for 2 persons, washroom & bathroom facilities are new, clean & in good conditions. It will be perfect if no carpet and the kitchen area separate from the bed side.

Location-wise, it’s conveniently situated, with cafes and shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend Apartment 11 for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay.
The space was decent, though not particularly large — if you're traveling with very large luggage, it might feel a bit tight and tricky to move around comfortably. Still, for solo travelers or couples with moderate luggage, it’s just fine
Anyhow, the room and toilet were clean. And it's nice to have YouTube and Nexflix in the room

Location is quite good but still need to walk a bit to get to the train station, Dotonburi is also quite close. There are a few mini markets nearby.
No issue for check in and check out, and we actually can get to the room earlier than listed check in time.
Room feels a bit cramped for two adults and two children. There is washing machine and balcony to dry the clothes. Wish they have a dryer fan in the bathroom so we can dry the clothes inside when it is raining outside.
