Not a good location if you have many heavy luggages, the nearest exit from namba station to the hotel is via stairs. But the location to bus airport terminal is near.
There is toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush and slippers but no coffee provided.
There is no cleaning service for up to 3 days stay. There is luggage storage until 6pm.

Location is excellent for family. It is easy to travel Metro, JR and bus across the Namba station and Airport and other stations.

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of Dotombori district.There is an excellent sushi restaurant just around the corner. The rooms are very small and they are not cleaned daily, we found a cockroach in our room. The front desk clerk is usually not visible and you need to ring the bell if you need assistance.

I came with a friend, and the heating was good! And it was a twin room, so it wasn't stuffy and I think it was comfortable.
Maybe it was because we only slept in the room, but it was comfortable to sleep.
If there's a downside, it's that the location is close to the city, so it can be a little noisy at times.
