Travelling alone, it was a comfortable space.

The futon was thin, and even though it was covered with a clean sheet, you could see what was inside, and it was a dirty blanket. The next day I stayed at Daitoyo, and the futon was completely different, and the mattress and comforter were nice and comfortable. It can't be helped since the price is different, but I think the comforter should be a little better. The location is in a remote area, closer to Fukushima Station than Nishi Umeda, so it's easy to get confused and it's a shame. I think it would be better to keep the Nishi Umeda name. It's very close to Fukushima Station, about a 5-minute walk. I regret not going from there. The bath isn't a hot spring, but I think it was the best capsule I've stayed in so far, other than Daitoyo. The futon and location are a bit questionable. I'm not sure if I'll go again. The customer service was very good. Overall I'd give it 3.7 stars.

I stayed there on a Friday weekend. The inside was very clean and I was satisfied, but the bathroom was crowded in the morning (women tend to spend a lot of time there), so I had to wash my face and brush my teeth in the bathroom sink. The cafe attached to the hotel only serves meals at set times, so even though I went there hungry on the day I checked in, I couldn't eat anything. Other than that, it was good.
