Absolutely fantastic stay at Courtyard! It was so pleasant and everything was so clean. Perfect accessibility too. One night there was a sewer smell along the corridors and I let the front desk know and the next the smell was gone.

Location is excellent being next to Shin Osaka station. All staff are well trained, friendly and helpful. We have no issues in communicating with the staff. Rooms are spacious & roomy enough for two pax. They are clean as well. Being next to the train station, there are plentiful eateries available in the station; in case one does not wish to take meals in the hotel.

GGuest UserLocation is excellent being next to Shin Osaka station. All staff are well trained, friendly and helpful. We have no issues in communicating with the staff. Rooms are spacious & roomy enough for two pax. They are clean as well.
