The customer service is top notch!!!! Chris will drive you to the pool since it is down the hill!! We asked for a lakeside room after we got there not one complaint about the extra work it caused!!

This hotel is extremely outdated and ran Down. The staff was all very kind but the amount of u cleanliness is just a shame. First got a room that had a plastic window on it with black duck tape. Asked to be moved and got another room that had mouse poop on the pull out sofa so dirty and just below any standard anyone should have the pool and hot tub was not maintained at all no chemical levels where tested and everyone and then you got a bad sewer smell while swimming. Never again!!!

Well I got in late and left early so my stay was pretty short. But staff was very friendly and accommodation good. I would stay there again. Could have used a free breakfast in the morning instead of a $12 buffet which I didn't partake in but I digress.

It was not so good. Not clean. We were assigned, perhaps, the worst room in the hotel. It was next to stairs & elevator, over the only entrance. Outside the entrance, people can gather. Needless to say, between a lumpy mattress and all night noise... well, you get the idea. :(

Apparently we were there before the area really opened up. The pool was open but had a chair and algae on the bottom. The hot tub was NOT inviting. Our room had been poorly cleaned (hair on the bathroom floor, dirty coffee pot) and the furniture beat up (we had to use a suitcase to keep the cabinet closed as the door was falling off). The balcony was dirty and had a small broken table with the screen door off and leaning against the wall. The staff were nice.

The AC unit was plugged into an outlet that was bad and had shorted causing it to trip every time you tried to use it. Unplugged AC and noticed outlet was melted due to arching. Showed pictures to staff and was offered a box fan. After further discussion and debating the safety was moved to different room. The hot tub was atrocious with trash around it and was dirty.

Won't go back This property is extremely run down. Patio door almost fell of rails. Wood on bathroom door peeling off. Chipped paint, rust and stains in elevator. Bed covers were stained. No ice bucket in room. Patio only had one chair. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work, room was like a sauna. This is the first time I can remember that I vowed to never go back to a hotel.

We had a very clean room and a comfortable bed at a good price. The place is showing quite a bit of wear and neglect. Its due for a tune up.
