Well-maintained hotel in general, the rooms perhaps a little too spartan but overall more than comfortable. Too bad the proximity to the railway, silent at night but from the early morning the trains disturb. Excellent for a stop & go in Orvieto.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Close to Dumo but on a side street. Had a small balcony to enjoy quiet of day or night. Close to lots of restaurants. Staff was great. Walking distance to all. Our room was large and very functional. Small bar downstairs for nightcap.

Hotel with a convenient location, near the highway toll booth and the cable car parking. The structure is dated, definitely in need of renovation, both the common areas and the rooms. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Average breakfast. Very friendly staff.

As mentioned in other reviews, this hotel is located between two railway lines and busy car traffic. The walls between the rooms are also paper thin, making sleeping without earplugs almost impossible. The rooms are in urgent need of renovation. The shower cubicle is exceptionally small. The staff is very friendly but hardly speaks English. Breakfast is not varied. Dinner was served in the group in the adjacent restaurant 62. There too, the staff is friendly but the food is very bad. Both the hotel and the restaurant are therefore strongly discouraged.

We stopped at this hotel for the convenience of the toll booth exit and to leave in the morning. I don't want to write negative but obvious things. In the room when we arrived the temperature was very cold, too low compared to outside. Headboard with a finger of dust. Two pillows like cheese slices, I look for two in the closet and find a bad smell, a blanket and a lot of dust. I asked for the pillows at the reception anyway, not being able to call because the phone in the room doesn't even have the number to call for an emergency. In the bathroom the door to enter is small and didn't close. To wash yourself they give you 1 sample of shampoo that is barely enough to wash your hands. I made a premise at the beginning saying that I was writing obvious things. Go and check. People don't want to be taken for a ride. Hygiene and cleanliness are the first things. The only positive note is the restaurant 63, really excellent 👍👍👍 but I certainly didn't book the hotel for the restaurant but to break up the journey.

Hotel a few km from the historic center of Orvieto. The 4-bed room where we stayed was very large. Very comfortable beds (hard). The hotel is located 100m from the high-speed line and therefore a bit noisy. Very friendly staff and good buffet breakfast. Large parking lot in front of the hotel.

A very disappointing experience at this hotel. The climax was reached at midnight on January 2nd, when the hot water in the bathroom mysteriously disappeared. We called the front desk for help, but the guy on duty showed total disinterest, giving evasive answers and even stating that the problem did not concern him. The excuse offered was equally unacceptable, attributing the lack of hot water to customers who wash too many times a day... Frankly, it is unthinkable to not guarantee hot water in the middle of winter in an Italian hotel. Adding to the frustration, the total lack of commitment from the guy at the front desk to resolve the situation and satisfy the customer. The poorly maintained rooms and the uninspiring breakfast complete the picture.
