My room was on the third floor. Part of the floor was in the middle of being renovated. The rooms are very small and in the style of the 1970s. Behind the hotel there is a railway line for express trains and several scrap yards. In front of the hotel there is a highway and also a railway line for regional trains.

One of the nicest hotel that we stay in Orvieto with one small problem they have the hardest pillows ever This boutique style hotel has a great restaurant and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included in room price and was plentiful..

This hotel is on the older side. The beds were comfortable. There were train tracks very nearby and we could hear trains all night. Our room had a balcony and it was nice to be able to open and get some fresh air. It was perfect for a 1 night stay.

We stayed at this hotel to visit Orvieto. The property is just a few minutes from the center. Cared for in every detail and under renovation, it has extraordinary customer care. They satisfied all our requests given the two small children and made us feel at home. It's a shame we couldn't use the restaurant service which seems to be excellent. Varied and well-organized breakfast. Highly recommended!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato io, mia moglie, mia suocera e mia cognata 4 notti all'hotel Gialletti...che dire? Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo...pulizie in camera TOP...colazioni super! Abbiamo anche cenato una sera nel loro ristorante... tutto buonissimo! Esperienza più che positiva...sicuramente ci torneremo!

Abbiamo passato 3 notti in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati bene . La stanza era enorme , letto comodo come pure i cuscini , tavolino con sedie e anche poltroncina per lettura , bagno comodo con asciugamani morbidi e molti appendini . La colazione a buffet è stata veramente 🔝: una varietà enorme di scelta di dolce ma era presente anche la parte salata . Ho visto anche una parte dedicata ai celiaci . Bevanda calda servita dal bar . Ma la "scoperta" l'abbiamo fatta per 2 sere al ristorante annesso : veramente una cucina genuina , porzioni super abbondanti ma digeribili, buona scelta di piatti della tradizione umbra . Il personale è stato gentile e molto disponibile .

Un ottimo albergo ad un prezzo conveniente. Con un parcheggio accogliente. Personale attento e gentile. Cucina strepitosa, buffet colazione molto ricco con prodotti freschi. Bevande preparate al momento no macchinette. Veramente un'ottima soluzione per visitare Orvieto.
