Cute and cosy apartment, accessible by walking from the bus that stops at the duomo. From the train station, will need to take the funicular and then the bus to the duomo, and then walk to reach the apartment. There will be a fee for check in after a certain timing (I think 8pm?) unfortunately for us the funicular was on strike the evening we arrived and we didn't know until we arrived at the station.

Apartment with everything except washing machine. Also close to the Orvieto central, supermarket and tourist spots.
Staff are helpful.
It would be better to keep the staff at reception at the time, but still can find them via calling them and arrive within 5-10 mins
