We stayed in a split level 2 bedroom apt, the rooms looked as though they been through a bar fight, doors were broken at the hinges and/or had holes in them. The walls and carpets were badly stained and stank of cigarettes. When we mentioned the smell to reception on our way out for food we were assured they would do something about it but on our return it was still just as bad. I told them about the windowsill covered in cigarette butts but it was still there so I assume they didn't even look at it. Beds were uncomfortable and rooms were stuff and really hot, the air con didn't work and we couldn't open the windows as it was not safe for the children being on the 5th floor and having no safety bars.

2nd experience at appart'city and it will be the last for us! 2nd disappointment. Dirty apartment, dust, mold, cobwebs and so on. Insufficient or non-existent dishes. Forced to buy a knife that cuts to eat. Paid parking but not mentioned when booking, so surprise it will be 3 euros per day in addition to the rental price and taxes!!! Brief establishment whose general condition is extremely disappointing. To flee...

Fuyez, appart vieillot, lit fatigué d'avoir trop dormi, cuisine inutilisable, plaques qui ne chauffent pas, pas d'ustensiles de cuisine, impossible de faire à manger, frigo qui ne refroidit pas et cerise sur l'hôtel, accueil plus que déplorable. Passez votre chemin !

On nous accueille froidement en nous demandant de payer, avant même de dormir : c’est bien la première fois que ca nous arrive. Mais bon on se dit que ça va le faire. Sur la table dans la chambre, pas de mot d’accueil mais simplement 4 paires de boules quies. La on se dit bizarre. Bilan des courses : - Pas dormi car aucune isolation. - les enfants étaient effrayés par les cris dehors - Les avions, le tram, les alcooliques et les bruits des fêtards raisonnaient dans la chambre comme s’il n’y avait aucune fenêtre… No comment. En gros si vous cherchez un hôtel pour une nuit blanche, c’est le paradis! Mais si vous voulez passez un bon moment, à éviter. En partant, la personne de l’accueil nous confirme que nous aurions mieux fait de faire la fête. Nous n’étions pas les seuls clients insatisfaits, une personne âgée mal entendante avait aussi très mal dormi à cause du bruit dans la chambre. Bref, courage fuyez! Il y a de bien meilleurs hôtels dans le coin.

L' accueil TRES TRES BIEN ..Personnel AU TOP ;;;l'emplacement très bien bel appartement avec un grand lit coin cuisine ou il ne manquait rien .A revoir un petit radiateur pour se chauffer mais c'était suffisant .Peut être revoir l'entretien de la moquette ou la changer ...CDT

Un peu déçu, chambre vraiment basique, pas de gros reproches mais je trouve la chambre sans classe, pas de deco, pas de chichi. L’éclairage blanc type hôpital, changez les lampes pour du 3000k plus chaleureux. Petit déjeuner correct. Parking extérieur et parking souterrain payant.
