The hotel was phenomenal, clean, comfortable and most importantly the staff were super friendly. Located in an industrial estate, it has been phenomenal on the weekend because there has been no noise. Very reasonable price

Very clean, secure parking, functional bathroom with soap, shower gel and towels. No hairdryer. Friendly staff. A big downside, hotel indicated nowhere, GPS guidance not up to par. Difficult to find in the jungle of the suburbs of Bilbao.. Too bad... The hotel charged the card for the reservation too.

My husband and I stayed two nights at this hotel, LOCATION: The hotel is in a commercial area, above a service station. The small town is far from the hotel. For us it only served as a base for going to Bilbao SERVICE: Convenient reception open 24 hours. Presence of underground parking, even if outside the structure. Elevator. ROOM: Clean, not spacious room, with an overly large wardrobe, a desk, a flat TV. Bedside tables that were cubes with lamps on the wall. The BATHROOM: Small, with a door with a latch, perhaps due to a broken lock. Hand shower with a little limescale. Soap dispenser in the shower with glass. Not necessary, just a bar of soap BREAKFAST: We didn't use it due to the excessive price QUALITY/PRICE RATIO: Very in line with the room. OVERALL OPINION: For a couple of nights it's fine, certainly not for a long stay

It is an economical option to sleep and 20 minutes from downtown Bilbao nearby. The cafeteria is good and there is free parking. The rooms are spacious although a mini Phrygian would not hurt, especially in summer.

I went to eat a special menu with my wife, the truth is that we were surprised by how good the place is for being in a polygon. The special menu is very rich, good quantity and good quality. The treatment of the staff is very friendly and professional. There were quite a few workers eating the menu of the day which looked very good. Perfect price quality. We will surely return.

El hotel en su conjunto es normal y está en lugar tranquilo aunque un poco alejado del centro, tiene alguna pega....olor a gasolina en las habitaciones, demasiado calor incluso sin tener activada la calefacción, y lo peor la luz de emergencia encima de la puerta de entrada NO DEJA CONCILIAR EL SUEÑO.
