The hotel is very well upkeep, and full of facilities to complement a stay. Indoor & outdoor pools are heated, with large relaxation indoor lounge to enjoy sunshine and beautiful outdoor view. Breakfast is gorgeous with many choices, and particularly breads are specials and high quality. Location is perfect too, all attractions and cable car stations are within walking distance. We spent 2 wonderful nights at the hotel, and we were lucky to be upgraded. Appreciated and would definitely wish to stay again.

The location is great, right next to the station. Room is warm and comfortable and the view in the room is stunning, the mountain and trees are just in front of you. The entire dining experience was pleasant, and the service staff were very professional

It was fabulous from the moment we checked in and were kindly gifted a free upgrade! We found the hotel generally so wonderful, as well as the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful. We enjoyed the facilities onsite as well as the hotel bar that had such delicious wine options. We booked the rate inclusive of breakfast and dinner and the food was amazing. The hotel was conveniently located and had stunning views everywhere you looked! Highly recommend travelling in October, the weather was lovely for hiking.

WOW! This was our first time in the Dolomites and we LOVED this hotel! I honestly don't know how to describe what a great experience we had here. It's a beautiful hotel, the staff are amazing, the food is great.. it felt like being in a different world. We stayed at their sister hotel, Stetteneck, as well which was great, but Angelo Engel is a cut above. Such a great experience. We'd love to come back and see it in the summer too.

We hadn't an expectation - simply happy to be visiting. But the lodging brought such delight; joy and relaxation for us as weary travelers we only can imagine returning again one day. Every member of their team were so helpful and friendly - the breakfast; included; was simply out of this world. The focus on detail was impressive. And the spa. Well; we had no idea this was part of our stay....the facilities are clean and unique. The Saunas; showers; hot tub; pool and grounds are spectacular. We absolutely loved our experience and only wished we had more time to deeply rest and relax.

Great hotel with all the amenities you could want and more. Cutest rooms, pleasant staff, tasty breakfast and good hospitality. Close to everything. Took a hike with their (free!) guide and it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Ortisei.
