We have spent several Christmas weeks at this lovely hotel. The hotel is located on the sunny side of Ortisei and we do wake up in the mornings to a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious and very nice, and we do appreciate the food served. The hotel is big enough to give us all the facilities we need, but "small" enough to secure a familiar charm with Andrea and Markus as our attentive, nice and professional hosts. We are looking forward to spending the 2024 Christmas week at this hotel in a couple of months!

Cozy, family run hotel with lovely woodwork throughout. Bus stop outside hotel, but free parking was very convenient. Pool/sauna/steam room was a relaxing component. We enjoyed table tennis in the game room. Salad buffet at dinner and breakfast buffet were very good. Fool selection was varied, with Bavarian flair. Rooms, though a bit dimly lit, were very clean. We enjoyed the Mountain views from our balcony.

A lovely family hotel with a cosy ambiance. We had the room with a view over the mountains, which is breathtaking. The food and wines are amazing. The staff is very friendly. We will certainly book again. Ortisei is the perfect place if you want to ski the Seceda (to Ortisei and Sankt Christina) and the Seiser Alm. Of course you can also go to the Sella Ronda, this is a bit further but also very doable. From the hotel you can take the bus to Ortisei, it goes every 30 minutes in the morning and afternoon. It will drop you off at the gondolas. Works great. We really recommend this stay!

We visited this hotel before Covid-19 and all the lockdown misery. We enjoyed our stay and especially the room, the staff and the food was great. In fact we arranged and booked and payed a deposit to stay another period but because of Covid-19 everything was cancelled. We helped the family by leaving our deposit with them and hoped for the best. After 2 1/2 year we planned our trip BUT this time my husband got rather sick and was not able to travel at all. All my compliments to the family Piccolruaz: they gave us a refund so when my husband is feeling better and able to travel, we still have our voucher. I think this is such a very nice way how to make your customers happy!

Хотелось бы поблагодарить владельцев и персонал отеля за наш прекрасный отдых. Чудесный отель, расположен в красивом месте недалеко от центра Ортизеи, добраться до которого можно без проблем на автобусе, который ходит много раз в день и останавливается напротив отеля. Проезд бесплатный по qr-кодам, которые нам прислали по почте в отеле. Также в отеле имеется открытая парковка и гараж, так что путешествующим на машине нет никаких проблем с размещением машины на время отдыха. В отеле прекрасные завтраки, а ужины выше всяких похвал. Номера очень уютные и тёплые. Вид на гору с балкона, добавил нам несколько десятков фотографий в фотогалерею. В отеле есть отличное место для рассоабления-спа с бассейном, сауной и турецкой баней. Мы очень довольны нашим пребыванием в отеле и с радостью приедем сюда еще.

Die Lage vom Ansitz Jakoberhof ist einmalig, gelegen auf einem sonnigen Hochplateau inmitten einer natürlichen Umgebung mit Blick auf die Sella Gruppe und die legendäre Sasslong. Ich war schon mehr als zehnmal da und es war mir in all den Jahren nie langweilig. Von der schönen Aussicht allein kann man aber nicht leben. Unvergesslich bleibt die ehrliche Gastfreundschaft der Familie Pico und die ausgezeichnete Küche mit dem freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal. Meinen Lieblingswein *Patrizia* wurde mir nach einem Jahr Abwesenheit automatisch an den Tisch gebracht! Meine vielen schönen Fotos erinnern mich an die unvergesslichen Jakoberhof Tage mit dem Besuch des Val Gardena.

Dopo cinque anni di pausa sono tornato in montagna con la famiglia, e devo dire che ho scelto bene. Siamo stati benissimo, un bell'hotel a gestione familiare in posizione bella e tranquilla con gran vista sul sassolungo. Per me moooolto meglio che stare in paese, al quale comunque si arriva in cinque minuti di macchina o con una piacevole camminata in discesa, o anche con i bus gratuiti (utili al ritorno). Ottimo ristorante, con servizio accorto e camerieri competenti e gentilissimi. Welness piacevole, camere molto belle, bel bar e sala giochi per passare la serata. Davvero non trovo un difetto, e smentisco totalmente le (rare) recensioni negative, davvero senza senso. Complimenti e grazie ad Andrea e Marcus e al loro staff!
