The affordable five-star service and accommodation begin when you book your stay and continues every minute of every hosted day thru final checkout. "Luna" staff spares no effort to not only host your stay in the best comfort and luxurious fashion and to meet every need in a highly gracious way, but to do it with warm smiles and quality well beyond expectations. That is why my family, and my winter skiing friends look forward to coming to Italy and the Luna Mondschein year after year and have done so now for more than a decade. Our twin room was very comfortable and kept immaculate by the cleaning staff. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and of high quality; dinner excellent every evening, always served promptly by extremely efficient and friendly staff. The bar area provides a very pleasant environment for pre-dinner drinks . The ski room is well organized with room numbered racks for skis. The courtesy minibus to the lifts was always available without any long waits - very good service. All in all we had an excellent experience at the Luna Monschein. Should we return to Ortisei we would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

I don't know where to begin... Super clean hotel, the most comfortable bedding and fluffiest pillows, attentive service all around. Fantastic spa facility. Very good breakfast, anything you wish! Super well organized for skiers. Can purchase lift tickets at the hotel, conveniet ski room. One of the owner has great knowledge of the mountains and helped us navigate/guide and create daily routes to explore trails. We're already planning to return to Hotel Luna and looking to ski in Val Gardena again!!

We had an amazing stay at hotel Luna. Really nothing more to say…😊 Everything from the rooms, the food, the Spa, the staff, the design and the cleanliness, is simply perfect. We cant wait to visit again and will be sure to go back to hotel Luna when we do.

Every detail is well-thought out! The rooms had everything we needed including the most comfortable beds. The pool and sauna area was the best we’ve ever experienced. The food was delicious and staff so attentive and kind. The location is just minutes from the town center and a very convenient shuttle directly to the ski lifts. We will stay here again!

My first time skiing the Dolomites and staying at the Luna - but won't be my last! The hotel is exceptional; made all the more special by the attentive and friendly staff. Modern rooms, excellent meals, fun bar and happy hour, super spa/sauna facility, and user-friendly ski room & shuttle to the main lifts. Couldn't ask for anything more!
