when we stay during chirstmas. complimentary chrismas wine and chocolate biscuit during thos season. very warm christmas decoration. worth with the price .

SSilunIdeal location near to Offenburg Hauptbahnhof. Easy walk to Holiday Inn Express.
Good wifi, clean rooms but breakfast for the price could have more cooked food.
Very pleasant staff. Front desk staff, Anastasia (hope I got name right) was really nice. She’s so patient with me retrieving our three big backpacks on both 30th (for check-in) & 31st July (after check out).
More importantly she went way out with my requests of a cable, and plasters. She could decline when she first could not find. So huge THANK to Anastasia!!

MMiltoetI chose this hotel because I was going to Europa Park/Rulantica. I stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 nights. Very nice clean cozy room. With amenities such as: hairdryer, TV, shampoo, tea/coffee and towels. Everything was cleaned well every day. Staff is very friendly, you can always ask them anything. In the morning there was a wide choice of breakfast and it was all delicious. The location is a bit further from Europa Park in a village next to it, but you can get there by bus within 15 minutes (Europa Park) and 7 minutes (Rulantica) and there is also a bus stop in front of the hotel, so that is completely easy. Ticket price is also not too bad for the bus 1 person €2.90 so on one day for one person there and back €5.80. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area for an evening meal and you can of course also eat in the Europa Park itself. What could be added in terms of facilities might be a small fitness room for exercising. Everything else was GREAT. Highly recommended

IIURIIPGreat location for tram trips to France. Basic amenities. The room itself is clean, but the toilet has a constant unpleasant smell. During our three nights of stay, there was no cleaning (!) Checked in at exactly 15:00, although the room was ready earlier. Breakfasts are without hot food (hard-boiled eggs), but you won't go hungry. Breakfast should be served from 6:30 as stated in the information booklet, however, on the day of departure (30.05) everything was closed until 7:30 and it was a weekday. Keep in mind that the reception is not open 24 hours, as stated on the website, at least on the day of departure everything was tightly closed until 8:00.

떠떠돌이인생It's right next to the Bell Rack Hotel and was recently built, so it's clean and comfortable. It would be perfect if there was a refrigerator in the room, but it's a shame.
Still, I am satisfied with the condition of the hotel :)

NNagy NorbertThis was my second stay in the B&B Hotels. The rooms are standard. I strongly assume that the rooms in all B & B hotels (everywhere in Germany) look the same or very similar. The room was overall very clean. The bathroom is always a furnace (experienced) Check-in went smoothly.  There is always a staff at login until 23:00. The city centre is about 10 – 15 minutes (foot) from the hotel.
