Location of the hotel was great, seaside is right in front of the hotel. You reach by walking foot. Food and the service team in the restaurant were very good. The pier dedicated to the hotel was removed as per said by the hotel management. One of the reasons we had chosen the hotel was the pier. They still showcase the pier still in their social media pages. We had a terrible experience in our last night. Bad sheets were dirty and stained and we realized this once we woke up in the morning during the day light. We shared the situation with the management. They explained this as the sheets are clean but the stains did not remove during the cleaning. Nothing more has been done, they took the feedback as a very normal situation. We left the hotel with this last experience. I share the photos in the attached.

As an American we had a big safety concern when staying at this hotel. I had called for the sheets to be changed for my toddlers bed. The housekeeping worker Samime Siyah walked into my room without permission or knocking when I was changing my child. She walked in and started shouting at my one year old because he had an accident on the bed and she did not want to change the sheets. Who shouts at a baby like that? She made me cry and got no apology from neither her or the GM. She gave me scary looks for the rest of my stay which made me cancel my vacation days earlier as I was staying in a garden room and security was an issue as upon seeing her anger we were not sure what she was capable of. We returned to USA and do not recommend this hotel for security purposes to families with children as the staff can be unpredictable and there is no security on site.

We had the most wonderful time at Khai Hotel with our family last month! Breakfast was perfect- there were plenty of delicious choices along with the best coffee/tea. The rooms, pool, and the beach were all very clean. We were just a few steps from the beach and the water was just perfect. Every single one of the staff were very welcoming and happy to help us have a pleasant experience. We are thankful especially to Mustafa Karadağ, Doğakan Bekar, and Firdevs, who all worked hard to take care of us and made it a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team at Khai Hotel!

This is the most incredible hotel. The setting is the beautiful Ortakent beach, away from the crowded and crazy Bodrum town and with much cleaner water. The hotel has direct access to the beach plus a fabulous pool. The staff were amazing - so attentive to everything and great with our kids. There are so many great dining options along the beach in easy walking distance, but the food was SO good at the hotel we ended up eating there every night. All the meals - kids, pool dining, vegetarian options, and particularly the breakfast - were so delicious. The quality of service, the fit out, the luxury feel of the restaurant spaces and the beach setting would all match anything at a 5 star resort, but you get the exclusivity of a boutique hotel with a much smaller number of guests and access to shops and other restaurants. From what we observed, this is the best hotel in Ortakent, and Ortakent is one of the most beautiful spots in Bodrum.

Arrived here past midnight after a bad experience at a neighboring hotel. This truly is a 5* hotel in every manner. Room was lovely and clean with a great selection of pillows available. Plenty of toiletries which were lovely. Curtains block out light very well so very easy to sleep in, and with very good air conditioning. In room dining is very reasonably priced and served quickly and is very nice. The beach beds and loungers are top notch and service is always with a smile and happy to help. The evening dining is superb and for the cost is very good value for the type of food available. The only criticism I can make is I did grow tired of the same music playlist being played each day which can get tiresome. But such a minor thing and the only thing I can think about commenting on as anything but positive. I would most definitely come back and stay here again.
