Our stay at this highly-rated Bodrum hotel was disappointing, tarnishing the end of our two-week vacation in Turkey. From the start, the reception manager, Sahin, was unhelpful. The "Queen's Sea View" room had a shared terrace, and the small "Deluxe" room reeked of smoke, lacking basic amenities like water, glasses, and a working fridge. Intern Mustafa tried to help but lacked support. Dinner was chaotic, with long waits and limited food left. The hotel also had no parking, and the front desk was unhelpful. On the second day, we had to fight to change our smoky room, as our daughters couldn't sleep. Eirkan, the hotel incharge, apologized and arranged a complimentary airport transfer, but it was too late to improve our stay. Overall, the lack of basic hospitality and poor room conditions were profoundly disappointing. I would rate this hotel poor and recommend staying elsewhere.

Came to hotel mat jack was a great guy very good at informing me about anything needed like boat trips where to go who to see take us out for night life. Food is good most rooms are good so if not happy ask to change. Drinks are good put in what I ask and how I like. Nice area I'm not far from the marina. For what we paid happy days here for 7 days in all can't complain.

It was a pleasent week in hotel. The staff was helpfull the room was clean. WiFi was working almost everywhere with good speeds. The food was tasty. Eren is a good manager doing great work. Drinks in a bar was always ready for us. Comfortable sunbeds and fresh towels evey morning.

We went as a family of 4 with two older teens, i thank all the staff at the hotel. Everyone is doing a great job. I cant find any fault woth the food,the room or the drinks. Watching sunset everynight was very calm and pleasant. We will return again.See you next year

26 Eylül 30 Eylül arası otelde kaldım ve gerçekten çok kötü bir tecrübe yaşadım kaldığım onca Otel arasında en berbat Otel diyebilirim. temizlik çok kötü yemekler berbat sezon sonları olduğundan dolayı ürünleri bayat Mümkün olduğunda dışarıda yedim yani otelin çalışanlarından otelde ki kötü yemeklerden dolayı ishal olanların olduğunu öğrendim çalışan bile dışarıda yediğini söyledi Çok kötü otelin restoranı bile çok kötü ve bakımı yetersiz eğer tatilinizi kötü geçirmek istemiyorsanız yemekleri ve temizliği kötü olan bu otelde zamanınızı ve paranızı boş yere harcamayın fotograflara bakılınca konumu iyi gibi görünüyor ama gercekten hizmet yok çalışanlar yetersiz ve bir sorunla ilgilenecek bir yetkili bulmak zor çatal bulmakta zorlandım bir personel çatal bulmaya gitti dahada gelmedi başkalarınında bu kötü tecrübeyi yaşamamasını istediğinden dolayı bu yorumu yapıyorum Tatil budur organizasyonuyla gittim zaten şikayetimi onlara da bildirdim. bardaklar leş gibi yemekler cok kötü ürünler bayatlamış çalışanlar yarı yarıya düşmüş olan çalışanlarda yetersiz otelde muhatap bulabilmek için bir müdür bile yok o bile gitmiş Yazık yani Mademki hizmet veremiyorsunuz O zaman niye paket satışı yapıyorsunuz. Yazık yani , bir pişmanlık yaşamak istemiyorsanız bu oteli tercih etmeyin. Samimi söylüyorum verdiğim paraya yazık başka insanlarında madur olmaması için yazdım.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been. This hotel not a 4 star. With price over 140$/night you get a small dirty room, pool with waste on the bottom, food which is impossible to eat. No gym, no sauna, no room service. The location is not bad, but management don’t spent a money to improve anything.
