Bodrum Seaside Beach Club

On 16.08. 2024 we went with my family to stay for 2 nights. We saw cockroaches in the first room we stayed in. They said they could not help because it was late at night and we had to sleep like that. The next day they disinfected the room. We told them that we had two small babies. They said not to enter for 4 hours and we could not use the room for 4 hours. When we entered after 4 hours, the room smelled of disinfectant. We wanted to change the room. At first they said it would not be possible. Then they changed it when we insisted. The day we were to leave the hotel, the sunglasses left on the sun lounger by the pool disappeared. We looked for them and searched but could not find them. The glasses are missing and if you find them, please let us know. We said if there is a camera, we told them until the hour and they said yes. We said look. They said okay. They asked what they were looking for and the glasses that I paid for during the 2 nights I stayed disappeared. It would be useful for people who will go to be careful about these issues.

Departure 07.2024. I will start with the fact that the hotel has 3 stars and only the rooms deserve these stars. There is no drama but they could be bigger. We only slept in them so it did not bother me much. The food and the hotel infrastructure were more important to us. More stars should definitely be awarded here. Due to its size, the hotel is ideal for a quiet rest. It is not a behemoth with a vibrant party life. There are parties but not too much. We liked the food. Due to the stars, we did not expect 20 hot dishes, but there were a few of them and they were quite good. In my opinion, everyone will find something for themselves. For dinner, a grill was also fired up from which different dishes were served every day. When reviewing this hotel, I must mention the service, because this team does a great job to make you feel special. The team is friendly and very helpful. The manager of the FAHRETTIN ARI team deserves special mention. If every hotel had such a manager, holidays would be much more enjoyable and easier. The guest is very helpful in every matter. If you visit this hotel, you will immediately guess who I am writing about. Fahrettin speaks English and a little Polish. The infrastructure of the facility is great for me. A grassy beach next to the restaurant, bar and swimming pool. Everything is nearby. Being on the beach, we have 30m to the bar, the sea and the swimming pool. A lot of greenery and shade. And again, due to its size, you will always find free sunbeds whether at the pool or on the beach. Despite the season and full hotel occupancy, it is never crowded. On the left side of the hotel, walking along the beach, there are several pubs and beaches with the possibility of using water attractions (scooter, skis, etc.). Walking to the right after 7 minutes, you will reach the promenade with restaurants, shops, etc. To sum up. I definitely recommend this place for people who want to relax. We returned from the Sea Side Beach Hotel on September 28, 2023. We rate the hotel very average. Its weakest point is the rooms. The room we were accommodated in was dirty and neglected. Yellow bedding, we were sure it had not been replaced. The bathroom fittings and shower in poor condition. Cleaning is limited to wet wiping the floors. The terraces on the ground floor and the balconies on the first floor are 1 X 1 m in size. The plastic chairs and sun loungers on the beach are old and unwashed. The only pluses are good food, a sandy beach and young staff with a smile trying to meet the expectations of guests. We do not recommend!

A perfect price performance hotel. The facility is large and spacious. Green space is sufficient. The beach and the beach are sufficient. Food is average. The staff is friendly. The employees, Mr. Ferit, Mr. Berkan and Mr. Faruk, are friendly, sincere and really warm-blooded. They gave us nice days during our holiday, which we came for the second time. We are leaving the hotel tomorrow morning. And thank you very much to all the staff. This season, the number of personnel was low and we saw that the employees were struggling to tolerate this. I would also like to thank Mr. Halil who welcomed us at the reception. Finally, it is a hotel that I would like to come back to again next year.
