I had a dreamy night at the hotel I came to for the weekend. The room was carved from a fairy chimney, the furniture was carefully selected considering its authentic features, and having a jacuzzi in the room is a distinct pleasure. Everything was sparkling clean, the hotel staff were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. When you exit the hotel's lower door and follow the road, you reach a magnificent valley. We had a delightful walk along the valley, taking 1 hour to enter and 1 hour to return. A magnificent track up to the Balkan Church. I will come again for a longer stay. I strongly recommend it.

This was my weekend trip and l enjoyed much, I fully rested. Hotel is well located, with city and castle view, different nice rooms, kind stuff , it is very clean. Delicious Turkish breakfast and l can’t pass without mentioning owner of hotel Dr Deniz who is really nice kind helpful person.. Thanks to all see you soon

Serenus Cave suites. Awesome place where this hotel was located . Great view of the caves and surrounding area. Very clean and neat place to spend your time . The staff was very polite and welcoming they tended to our needs with courtesy. Hotel ambience was calm, serene and beautiful. The hotel hostess Ms Hamida a very delightful and helpful person. She was and is extremely nice young lady . Ms Hamida is definitely an asset to Serenus Caves suites. I personally recommend this hotel to everyone which is A+ . Regards Mrs Ghazi and family

My parents and I stayed here as part of our two-day tour in Cappadocia and we can honestly say that the time spent in Cappadocia and our night in Serenus Cave Hotel were among the highlights of our trip to Turkey! The staff was warm, accommodating, friendly and went above and beyond expectations. The manager Hamida is super sweet and treats all her guests like family. The views are spectacular and feel like a fairytale - both daytime and nighttime views make for some picturesque moments! The room we had was so beautiful, clean, spacious and came with a jacuzzi tub which was a bonus! It was a treat to stay in the atmosphere of the stone walls that mimic the geography surrounding us. The only negative is that our stay was so short - we will definitely be back for a longer duration and recommend this place to family and friends! Thank you for making our trip so meaningful! :)

During our two-night stay in Serenus, Ms. Nurgül and her team were very attentive, the rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Despite the cold weather and snow, the room was warm. While we were thinking about what we could eat as a vegan couple, a wonderful breakfast was served, especially the almond cheese that Ms. Nurgül prepared for us was a very nice gesture, we had a very comfortable two days, thank you very much

Waking up in a cave and feel the warmness of anatolian nature. You can feel turkish hospitality in this beautiful hotel. Breakfest is perfect. Rooms are new and comfortable. Hotel is close to Ortahisar castle and most of cafes and restaurants.

Beautiful property in a lovely setting! Our cave room was so amazing with a huge stone tub. The best thing about the property was the OUTSTANDING service! The staff was so kind, helpful and attentive, it was truly their service that tipped our experience from just good to fantastic! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Average cave hotel, good for the price Overall average stay, room was well maintained but a bit dirty from the rock cave. It was apparent that the tourist season is just starting, so not many tourists were in the room before and therefore the air and linen were a bit stale. The hotel closed the downstairs door without warning and dis not open it for the sunrise (the walking detour was very long, which was very inconvenient at the early morning time). The breakfast was average. Compared to other cave hotels, this one does not offer anything special. The owners and staff were very friendly though.
