I did not get the original hotel that I booked and had to wait 2 days to move all my stuff over to original room. The door wasn’t working properly in the first room and in the 2nd room the toilet seat was broken:loose.

Öncelikle check in hızlıydı resepsiyonda şaziye hanım vardı ve işlemlerimizi hızlıca hallederek, odaya girişimize kadar yardımcı oldu. Odalar çok temiz ve güzeldi. Oda için aklınızda bir soru işareti kalmasın gayet temiz ve sıcaktı. Housekeeping bölümü gerçekten çok iyi ve güleryüzlü. Neslihan hanıma ekstradan teşekkür ederiz, kendisi güler yüzlü ve çok samimiydi. Genel olarak bakarsak tüm çalışanlar gayet saygılı, samimi ve güler yüzlü. Sürekli bir isteğimiz olup olmadığını sordular, yeri geldi extra olarak çay kahve ikramı bile yaptılar. Kahvaltı da muhteşemdi. Kısacası nişanlım ile biz bu tatili çok beğendik ve herkese tavsiye edeceğiz. House 1938 ekibine çok teşekkür ederiz💯💯

Amazing!
This cave hotel is beautiful and wonderful! Its clean and very cozy well heated if you need it and is located in a great spot near the attractions but quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was also very tasty! Anyone would feel very comfortable here!

Incredible little gem in Cappadocia
Found this hotel by chance, new hotel and before booking I was quite skeptical. However the minute we arrived, I was blown away. The photos don’t do this place enough justice. We stayed in the cave exclusive suite and it was massive! Fully separate lounge, bedroom with a comfortable bed - and then the the massive bathroom and Turkish spa bath. But the best part, the owner and staff are super nice and welcoming. They try to go above and beyond to help you. Thank you so much House 1938

We chose this hotel for a 5-day, 4-night holiday with my fiancée. From the moment we entered the hotel, everyone welcomed us with such a warm and friendly smile that their energy passed on to us, too. Ms. Şaziye at the reception was a sincere, smiling and very polite lady. He was always there for us whenever we needed him. Our requests were fulfilled immediately without any disruption. There wasn't a single thing we weren't happy with during the day we spent at the hotel. House keeping officer Ms. Neslihan was very helpful in cleaning our room and meeting our needs. She is a very polite and friendly lady. I strongly recommend the hotel. ***et is a good choice for both families and couples. You should definitely choose it. Thank you very much for everything. I would definitely choose it again.
