The room did not reflect my booking: - you could hear the noise from the other rooms - there was no air circulation in the room so much so that I woke up in the middle of the night all sweaty without being able to sleep - only one roll of toilet paper - dirty bathroom - unusable sink with broken sink - bathroom fan not working and full of dust - shower cubicle without door with water obviously ending up all over the bathroom After numerous complaints at reception we finally managed to speak via Google Translate with the boss who reassured us that the next day he would let us find the room clean. Not only had the room not been made up the next day, but the hot water didn't even work! With yet another complaint, with the structure empty, instead of helping us, the boss saw fit to call the police and make us waste the entire evening and also the following morning making statements with the police.
