Very comfortable, cosy and amazing environment. Staff very hospitable and helpful. Amazing food and free water and hot beverages throughout the day. Location is awesome and mesmerizing. Happen to meet the owner. A thorough Gentleman, extremely positive and helpful person.

Everything and everyone from the reception to the room and their restaurant was great! The service all around was 100% wonderful. Great views and walkable access to local shops and restaurants. The rooms are beautiful and cozy. I recommend Hezen for those who want to have a beautiful unforgettable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Our cave room had a view of the Ortahisar castle that was breathtaking and the amenities and comfort of the room were also wonderful. The attention to detail and service was appreciated and rarely found any more. The breakfast was delicious and generous and we ate several other meals at the hotel and never became bored with the food. The staff was attentive to any questions and arrangements we needed made and provided great suggestions on sites to see in the area. They arranged our private transport to and from the airports and was very reliable. Overall we loved our stay and the views from all the outdoor spaces and our room will be fondly remembered. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, highly recommend to anyone staying in Cappadocia. The staff are incredible, so helpful and warm. Probably the best we have ever been looked after by hotel staff. Excellent food in the restaurant and great place to relax and unwind. Cannot recommend enough!

The hotel is beautiful, very well located, amazing view to the Ortihazar castle and to the town in general, the breakfast which is included is delicious but the most important thing of all is the hospitality and courtesy of the staff. Hakan, Caner, Hajmet, they're all very nice and accommodating. We're going to recommend to all my friends and family when they come to Cappadocia. What a great experience!

We loved everything about this hotel. It was just the right size, with an extremely welcoming staff, wonderful breakfast, and lovely outdoor patios, where you can sit and enjoy the views. The rooms are very small, but hey, you're in a cave! We liked the location, too; there are some windy roads to get to the hotel, but Ortahisar is charmer, much quieter and more pleasant than Goreme.

Kindly avoid this horrible hotel..v stayed 3 days n worst experience..location n view frm the hotel is amazing ut this hotel lack basic service part.no room service facility is zero..for simple water bottle u have to go to go by your self at night..hygiene cleanliness is zero..one old housekeeping lady comes n what she clean god only knws...no supervision is done..our roo Was nt clean after long day of sightseen inspite of reminding them before leaving for the day..one more thing I observed they don't change the bedsheet after guest check out...pathetic.. .

For this trip with my adult kids, I wanted an authentic vibe, family owned hotels. No big brand and not luxury. I love this boutique hotel, a genuine feel to Cappadocia. The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the vibe is chill. The rooms are truly in cave in an old building, not a replica. Cappadocia is changing get here before it becomes too expensive and touristy. Lots of construction going on...
