Undersized heating took three days to heat the accommodation to over 17 degrees. That would have been a little earlier can start. Sagging mattresses could be exchanged...

Noisy location. Strongly rising main street with noisy motos and sports cars that use the street as a race track (also use at night).

Location of accommodation not suitable for children, disabled and dogs. Much traffic. Too little green space for dogs. Steep streets and no curbs. No central location.

The apartment is in a great location, very nice view of the lake and the mountains. The highlight is the large balcony with seating and lots of privacy.

Everything very well maintained and as in the photos. Locarno and Ascona are easily accessible, but we also liked Orselina. It's very quiet in the evening, which is nice. Gladly again.

Nice apartment with good facilities and a great view. The WiFi is a bit slow and the folding bed in the dressing room takes some getting used to.

Palm trees, flowering bushes, great kitchen and balcony/terrace with multiple entrances. Tasteful interior. beds were good. Everything can be reached centrally. The place is a paradise for stair shortcuts. Traffic comes to a standstill at night. A washing

Ideal accommodation for holidays, well located, pleasant and well equipped. Only slightly negative point: the noise of the road but fortunately the traffic is not too intense.
