Shepparton Holiday Park and Village

We had a great stay and was really impressed with the little touches like the lovely hand soap and shampoo and conditioner, the other great thing was that everything we needed to keep the cabin tidy and clean was provided, the smart TV and free WiFi were also great.10/10 would highly recommend

We stayed 1 night only out of 3 nights the manager kick us out just because of extra 1 toddler at age of 1 year 10months. At the same time my friends e of them came to visit, when they come the manager approached them and said our cabin is already full of people staying in and too many people, he spoke without motion to check. Hey man they just visit!! We talked about it but the manager were not considerate about this and it was very noticeable that the management at this place is not a kid friendly. For anyone who with big family this is not a right place. Worse.

i was really disappointed that there wasn’t any disabled facilities - do disabled toilet and no disabled bathroom/shower facilities, especially when i’d said on a number of occasions that i wanted a site close to the amenities because of mobility issues. no one ever said during those conversations that there weren’t any facilities for disabled guests. lovely place - basic, clean.

The Shepparton Holiday Villiage is in a good Location, close to main facilities. Excellent value for money for the family travelling on a budget. Family and kid Friendly park. The Cabins were clean, Staff were friendly and helpful, overall great experience.

We had a great time! Kids loved using the pool every chance they got. Rooms were tidy and beds comfy. Was budget friendly which was a must for our family. Was a lovely clean park with lots to do for kids and close to shops.

Great little park, we only needed a night stop over. Grounds are very well looked after and tidy. Facilities are extremely clean and well maintained, great laundry and noticed the washing machines are also very clean. (Don’t often see that in parks) Management really lovely Wasn’t busy but made it a nice quiet stay.

Worst park that we have stayed in & we have travelled extensively around Australia. Yes we had a budget cabin but we did expect that it would be clean - mould in the shower, hand basin, wardrobe. Exhaust fan in the bathroom had a empty shampoo tube pushed in it ??? to stop the fan vibrating!! When we mentioned to the caretaker the state of the cabin he stated that it was a older cabin & that he would inform head office - SORRY BUT AS THE CARETAKER ONE WOULD EXPECT THAT HE WOULD KNOW OF THE MAINTENANCE ISSUES. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARK.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The managers of this caravan park are the most miserable people I have ever met. Verbally abusing kids for just being kids, not aloud to play on play equipment. Were told to be quiet while playing at 7pm. All being spoken to by a horrible cranky angry man. I feel like I want to place charges it was that bad. We rang the police. My wife was drawn to tears and verbally abused by Warren. This is the worst caravan park we have ever stayed at and we have been caravanning and camping for 8 years. Apart from the abuse by Warren, I have nothing good to say, it’s a run down dusty dirt park out of town. Do not stay here… We moved parks and found another park in town- nicer park, friendly people and paved roads for the kids to ride bikes and scooters

I do not normally review but I have stayed here on and of all year for work and always thought the carpets and lounges were in need of replacing.Seems like the new people running it have had them professionally cleaned and they now look great and clean.The park is also looking better each time I arrive with new paint and a few repairs. Hard work is worth a review from me while having a beer in my cabin.
