It's okay. The nearby hotel is full. I stayed here for one night. It's a family B&B with a shared bathroom. It's relatively clean. There are four rooms. The sound insulation is a little bit poor, but it's acceptable.

It was a last minute booking. But was a great choice. The setting was just lovely. Nice and cozy. Top teir customer service. I would Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Orpington to visit.

I started experiencing the cleanliness when I had to take off my shoes by the door for a house wear and the host was so friendly. I have gone back again and had same lovely experience. The host's smile & always helpful

I really liked Hotel Love and Peace. It's very clean, very neat, very calm. The service staff is very good at keeping clean, very hospitable and very attentive to their visitors. This Hotel will be loved by all those who decided to take a break. This place can really name: Love In Peace.

House of horrors, everything falling to pieces then blames you when you check out the house is not what it shows in the pictures also I wouldn't stay here again if I was paid....horrible area wouldn't dare go to shop stay clear...
