The room was out dated. The A/C leaked water. The bathroom toilet was gross super out dated. The fridge was gross with mildew. We had to clean out ourselves. The shower/tub is very noisy like ur going to fall threw it. The TV mounted on the stand was very inconvenient. We had to switch sides We slept on be a use the TV was literally facing the wrong way. The pool was dirty. Needed to be cleaned. I would not recommend going here again. Unless some things change.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are also. It has a lot of parking and very convenient that is very close to the main street. Also very close to Walmart and some restaurants. The housekeepers were very friendly. I was weighed for 3 days and everything was fine

The Oroville area is well know for its water recreation. We have the beautiful Feather River and Oroville Lake. Oroville Lake has one of the worlds largest earth filled dams. Tours of the dam can be made by appointment. Oroville Lake also has some of the best fishing in the state of California. There are at least 2 pro tournaments a year at the lake. The Oroville area is rich in history. The California gold rush started at Sutters Fort in Sacramento and worked its way to Oroville.Note California State University Chico graduation in May 7 day advance cancellation required. This is a new hotel. Very well laid out. Rooms were very nice & comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. The wait staff kept everything filled up. Check in was very easy. The staff very friendly & helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. Lots of parking. Try this hotel out sometime. You won't be sorry.
