I stayed in this facility from 16 to 19 June 2023. In reality the stay was supposed to extend until 26 June but due to a medical event which then resulted in mourning I had to return earlier than expected. upon my departure I was told by the reception that I would be notified for a refund, since I have already been a customer of the structure. I have not received any news in this regard to my and booking phone calls there is no response. as if the number had been blocked. I consider this fact very serious, obviously I will never book in this structure again and I will give anyone who asks me a negative opinion. I know perfectly well that there are regulations that come into force at the time of booking, but at least I wouldn't want to be made fun of by the reception staff. given that I had to return home for a serious matter and not for pure fun. Ottimo residence per una vacanza a Orosei! Comfort, posizione perfetta, tranquillità! Non potevamo trovare di meglio per il nostro soggiorno. Colazione ottima e con ottima scelta dei prodotti e ogni mattina la signora Angela ci ha accolto sempre con gioia e tanti sorrisi. È la migliore! Il monolocale dove abbiamo alloggiato era ampio e spazioso, con vista sulla campagna. Comodissimo il supermercato di fronte per fare spesa anche all’ultimo minuto! Comodissimo il parcheggio di fronte al residence anche se non custodito. Sicuramente, se torneremo, alloggeremo qua!

Ambiente: Großes Haus. Geräumiges Apartment mit großem Bad. Sauber. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Balkon nach Westen. Schön zum abends draußen sitzen. Warum bei 3 Etagen kein Aufzug gibt…? Kein W-lan im Zimmer. Nur in der Lobby. Nicht zeitgemäß. Frühstück in der Lobby. Stühle sehr unbequem. Personal sachlich. Eher mäßig motiviert- lange Saison? Frühstück ok. Süß, salzig, gekochtes Ei. Div. Ital. Süsszeug. Wasser, kaffeeautomat. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Parken etwa 100m kostenlos auf hotelparkplatz. Offen zugänglich. Unterstellplätze für 2 Räder! Top. 10 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum.

Me hospedé en este hotel durante tres días en agosto y, lamentablemente, no cumplió con mis expectativas. Desde el principio, un ruido constante del tanque del inodoro arruinó nuestra experiencia. Apenas pudimos descansar por las noches debido a la interrupción. Informamos sobre el problema varias veces, pero no recibimos ninguna solución. Además, la limpieza de la habitación era nefasta. En el baño había moho en la ducha y encontramos hormigas muertas en el suelo, algo que no debería ocurrir en un hotel de esta categoría. La falta de organización del personal hizo que nuestras quejas no se atendieran. Nos decían que sí lo habían solucionado cuando ni siquiera habían entrado en la habitación (un ejemplo fue el de las hormigas muertas que se mantuvieron ahí las dos primeras noches). Solicitamos un reembolso o un descuento por los inconvenientes, pero se negaron. También presentamos una queja por correo, pero no hemos recibido respuesta del hotel. No puedo recomendar este hotel a nadie después de nuestra experiencia.

Ho soggiornato al residence per 7 giorni, di seguito condividerò alcuni aspetti positivi ed altri negativi. L’orario del check in indicato dalla struttura é alle 17.. un po tardi a mio parere. Se arrivate in paese in mattinata non aspettatevi di trovare la vostra camera pronta.. tutto dipende anche dai vari arrivi/partenze che la struttura ha in quei giorni. Purtroppo la struttura non possiede un ascensore e quindi se vi viene fornita una camera al secondo/ terzo piano preparatevi a fare un po di scale. Nelle camere non prende il wi-fi della struttura ma solamente nell’area comune della hall. Posso dire invece che la struttura é molto pulita e fornita nei singoli monolocali di alcune prime necessità che serviranno per il vostro soggiorno. La stanza era costantemente fresca in quando non batteva direttamente il sole e solo in casi eccezionali abbiamo acceso il condizionatore. La struttura offre inoltre un parcheggio privato a pochi metri dall’ingresso, ottimo dato che la zona può risultare trafficata in alcune ore del giorno. Lo consiglio comunque!

Delusione. appena entrati facciamo check in chiedo subito dov 'è l'ascensore visto che siamo pieni di bagagli e ci dicono che non c'è. Camera al 4 piano. Da nessuna parte è indicato questo . In vacanza fare 4 piani a piedi con bagagli è uno stress e non è indicato o scritto da nessuna parte, viene praticamente omesso. Io trovo grave. Accoglienza senza troppa attenzione. La Chiediamo stanza al primo piano ( visto che eravamo carichi) nessuna soluzione. Da evitare assolutamente servizio scadente

Pulito, personale gentile, posizione buona per una passeggiata serale in paese e con parcheggio privato. Di fronte c’è un market molto comodo. Purtroppo non ha ascensore, e portare al terzo piano sulle scale una grossa valigia non è bello. Dotazione in cucina meno che essenziale, proprio il minimo indispensabile, e neanche un minimo di dotazione di cortesia. La consiglio per una o due notti, non di più.
